Taking the Pulse of General Practice 2014
INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to the first "Taking the Pulse of General Practice" survey. This survey has been created by GPs for GPs. The questions were designed by Dr. Shane McKeogh, Rathfarnham and Dr. Darach O'Ciardha, Tallaght of GPBuddy.ie. The survey platform has been provided by Dr. Sean Higgins, Galway and Dr. Dermot Nolan, Waterford of GorillaSurvey.ie.
As GPs ourselves, we have often found a lack of understanding, outside GP circles, of our role as GPs and the problems we face on a day to day basis. The survey is being sent to GPs nationwide in an effort to gauge GP feelings on a range of current issues. The results will be forwarded to every GP who takes part once the survey closes.
